Rock Band - Summer Music Camp August 7, 2023

Here are the instructions for parents who are interested in signing up their children for the Grosse Pointe Music Academy Summer Camp:

1. Our music camp will run from Monday through Friday of each week during the summer. The camp hours will be from 10am-3pm each day.

2. We will have staff members available for early drop off at 9:30am each day.

3. We ask that you pick up your child on time at 3pm each day.

4. On the Friday of each camp week, we will have a performance for parents. We aim to find a nearby local bar/restaurant or some venue that will host us for Friday afternoon around 1pm.

5. We will need parent volunteers to pick up the campers on that Friday and bring them to the performance venue. If we are unable to secure a venue, we will provide a livestream or recorded performance.

6. We will break for lunch each day. Please ensure that your child brings a packed lunch.

7. Teachers might opt to walk over to Ghesquiere Park for some quick outdoor games after lunch if the weather permits. Please ensure that your child has appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.
