George Stepulla

Violinist George Stepulla hails from the Detroit area, where he majored in music at Cass Technical High School and Wayne State University, with additional studies at the University of Michigan and the University of Toledo. Throughout his career, he has successfully led chamber, dance, and salon ensembles, most notably the La Corda String Ensemble, performing across a wide range of settings from concerts and social events to recording and arranging projects.

In addition to his performance career, George has enjoyed a long and rewarding role as a teacher, working with students primarily in the Plymouth/Canton area and increasingly through online instruction. His teaching emphasizes a solid foundation in technique, balanced with enthusiasm and a respect for proven traditional methods, helping students of all ages grow as confident and expressive musicians.
