Emmanuelle (Elle) Baker is a dedicated and experienced music instructor at the Grosse Pointe Music Academy. She graduated from Wheaton College's Conservatory of Music in 2010, and has since gained a wealth of experience contributing to her growth as a music teacher.
During her time in Chicago, Elle became interested in coaching other singers, and held positions at the British International School of Chicago where she taught group lessons and was involved in individual projects as part of a larger music curriculum. She also supported the school's production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast and worked as an after-school teacher at a public school, teaching elementary students music history.
Through her work with Lessons At Home, Elle gained experience teaching private voice and piano lessons to students of all ages. She also worked with adults with intellectual disabilities at L'Arche Chicago, where she learned how to individualize lessons to suit different types of students and their learning abilities.
